About me

I had always been into dogs, but in the beginning small dogs weren´t my thing.  Big working breeds were.  First owning a  GS and then a Doberman, wich I was expecially excited about working with and we had great times together.  Klara was a special one and will never ever be forgotten.  What a huge heart and soul that dog had and I had a true best friend in her...  She made an impact on everyone she met and was truly a guardian angel.  When I got into the cresteds she welcomed them into the home, showed them where they would find their needs, food, sleeping, etc and really took them under her guarding loving wings.
Unfortunatly I tragedly lost Klara out of illness at five years of age.
She will always be missed.

When I first saw the Chinese Crested, just something clicked, I instantly knew I had found my breed.
In the beginning it was the graceful look and movement I fell for, but when I got to know them a little more it was the character of this amazing breed that really got me hooked...

I was fortunate enough to meet Tove and Lasse at kennel Lionheart. They led me on to an adventure of a lifetime. They took me under their wings and I will be forever greatful to them. For all the love and support, I love them dearly. As for mentors go, I didn´t have to look far for another. Bibi, Tove´s mother, had been breeding Cresteds with a lot of success under the kennel name Beddi´s. Bibi is very dear to me and she is a wonderful person full of goodwill and knowledge, she was there for me and gave me endless time and effort.

Then finally the time came! I got my first Crested.  It was a male, Lionheart Kween´s Kocktail. After that there was no turning back....
This was the beginning of something really special.
Later I got a female from Bibi, Beddi´s Blue Blaze, brought  to Iceland along with a male from Lionheart.
It was a male that I had my eye on for quite some time, Lionheart Krouching Tiger..
All of them have certainly stood up to my expectations, and more...

An end of an era...
In 2008 we said goodbye to Iceland, took a big step, and moved to Sweden.
I look forward to the challanges, meeting new people, old friends and mentors.  And expecially experience something new with my dogs and breeding.  This move will open up a whole new world and I am very excited to say the least.

I  have always taken my "task" of breeding  very seriously and felt an enormous amount of responsibility doing so.
After carefully selecting my foundation, looking at health, structure and temperament I will certainly try to breed as close to the standard as possible. And always looking at quality rather than quantity...
